Process Discovery and Salesforce Design

  • A Kick-off call with the customer team to identify current business processes and customization needs for each of the main objects (Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity) in Salesforce.
Salesforce Implementation and Customization
  • Branding of your Salesforce account to include your organization logo.
  • Basic Salesforce customizations to promote greater usability and adoption of basic overall best practices.
  • Setup of User licenses and assignment to standard Profiles.
  • Limited Sharing and Security configuration.
  • Up to four (4) Page Layouts for each org.
  • Up to 30 total custom Fields, to be set up across all of the main Objects**.
  • Sales Path Configuration for Leads & Opportunities.
  • Up to three (3) custom Reports.
  • Up to two (2) custom Views and up to one (1) Validation Rules.
  • Up to one (1) Dashboard containing three (3) Components (reports).
Data Migration
  • Import of one (1) data files – ready-to-import, single sheet CSV or Excel workbook for Leads or Accounts/Contacts (maximum of 2,000 records).
